InVideo Pricing — The New Credit Plans, Decoded
Updated July 17, 2026
invideo AI quietly replaced its old "AI minutes" plans with a credit system — which means most pricing articles you'll find (quoting Plus at $25–$28) describe a product that no longer exists. Here is the current plan structure straight from the live pricing page, what a credit actually buys, and the one number the page conspicuously doesn't publish.
All figures below were taken from invideo.io/pricing on the date above, shown on annual billing (the page's default). Monthly billing costs more; the exact monthly rates weren't displayed in our capture, so confirm those on the page if you don't want an annual commitment.
| Product | AI video creation platform (200+ models, avatars, stock) |
|---|---|
| Cheapest paid | $17/mo billed annually ($200/year, 75 credits/mo) |
| Watermark | Unlimited watermark-free exports on all paid plans |
| Models included | Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, Kling 3, Nano Banana Pro, ElevenLabs |
| Credit rollover | None — unused credits expire monthly |

Source: invideo.io/pricing, fetched July 17, 2026 (annual-billing view; monthly billing is priced higher and wasn't captured). A free tier exists but its current limits aren't surfaced on the pricing page. invideo states generative models are billed 'at their original API pricing' in credits, prices are 'subject to change... without prior notice', and unused credits don't roll over. Older third-party guides quote a discontinued minutes-based structure — trust the live page over anything else, including this one if it's aged.
The math invideo doesn't show you
Credits cost the same at every tier — you're paying for everything else
Work out price per credit on annual billing and the ladder goes flat: Plus ≈ 22.2¢, Max ≈ 21.4¢, Generative ≈ 20.8¢, Elite ≈ 21.2¢. Upgrading barely discounts generation at all — what you're actually buying at higher tiers is concurrency (2×–20×), more avatars and voice clones, storage and iStock quota. If raw generation volume is your bottleneck, tier upgrades are a weak lever here; that's unusual — most competitors discount credits 30–50% up the ladder.
What a credit buys — images are published, video isn't
The page anchors credits in images: 75 credits = 300 Nano Banana Pro or 600 Nano Banana 2 generations, i.e. 1 credit = 4 Pro images, about 5.6¢ per image on Plus. For video, the page only says models are billed 'at their original API pricing' — it never states what a Veo 3.1 or Kling 3 clip costs in credits. Before committing to a tier, generate one clip of your usual spec on the free tier and check the deduction; that single number tells you whether 75 credits is a month of output or a weekend.
The annual-commitment asterisk
Every advertised price carries 'billed yearly': Plus's $17/mo is a $200 upfront charge, Elite's $900/mo is $10,800. Combined with monthly credit expiry and invideo's reserved right to reprice models without notice, the risk profile is: you prepay a year for credits whose purchasing power can change mid-term. Community complaints also flag auto-renewal and strict no-refund handling, so calendar the renewal date the day you buy.
Is invideo AI worth it?
invideo's real pitch is the packaging, not the price: scripted-video workflows, avatars, voice clones, stock (iStock/Storyblocks) and 200+ generation models in one editor. If you produce narrated social/marketing videos end-to-end — script to voiceover to stock to export — that bundle genuinely replaces three subscriptions, and Max is the defensible tier for regular producers.
If you mainly want raw clips from the headline engines (Seedance, Veo, Kling), you're paying invideo's ~21¢/credit wrapper on top of 'original API pricing' plus an annual commitment. Generate per-clip instead and skip the middle layer.
Just want the engines, not the studio?
The same headline models invideo bundles run here directly — Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Seedream — first videos free, pay-as-you-go after, no annual contract and nothing expiring monthly. Thumbnails and stills can come from the same stack's AI image generator.
