Character video is a real niche, and Hedra owns a chunk of it
Audio-driven character performance — lip-sync plus facial emotion that follows the voice — is a different problem from text-to-video, and general engines are still mediocre at it. If your format is a consistent character who talks (virtual hosts, singing portraits, story narrators), Hedra is a legitimate specialist.
